Hi … My name is Scott Rowe and welcome to my Blog. I born and raised in Kettering ,Ohio which is just south of Dayton. I went to Jr High school and Van Buren Junior High and  then to Fairmont West High School until 1983 when the school was combined with our cross town rivals Fairmont East. The West dragons were combined with the East falcons to become what it is know for today as Fairmont High Firebirds. I graduated in 1984 and promptly joined the United Stated Navy at the age of 17.  At 21 I married and had 3 kids; Ashley (1987), Erica (1989) and Brad (1992). They are my pride and joy and I’m sure that you will see plenty of them on this site. In 1997 I went thru a very unfortunate divorce and in 200o I married my current wife Alice. In September 2004 I retired from the U.S. Navy at the age of 37 and went to work for Vistakon, a Johnson &  Johnson Vision Care Company making contact lenses such as Acuvue Daily wear and Acuvue Moist Daily contacts. I got laid off from them due to “The Economy” and was out of work for 8 months and was rehired by Vistakon. In April 2010 I became a grandpa (at 43 …. Thanks Erica    ) to a beautiful baby girl Braelyn Riley Schroder.  Well that’s about it for now. I will update more as life changes …..
